Just trying to get organised..
Menu plan for this week:
Tuesday - Beef Casserole and Pasta (slow cooker), Green salad
Wednesday - Caramelised Chicken with udon noodles and veggies
Thursday - Roast Pork Fillet with garlic and sage, chips and veggies
Friday - Spaghetti Bolognese (slow cooker again for the sauce), Salad
Saturday - Roast Chicken
Sunday - OUT
Monday - Pumpkin and Cannelloni bean risotto, salad
Shopping all done, I'll probably need to top up on fresh veg later in the week, but that's all.
