Tuesday: Beef Ragout in slow cooker as planned. YUMMY!! Turned out really well and everyone loved it. I'll do that one again.
Wednesday: Caramelised Chicken, as planned. Swapped in Rice for noodles for no particular reason
Thursday: Lost the plot, Takeaway fish and chips for dinner.
Friday: We had the roasted pork fillet tonight, instead of Thursday as planned. However, I switched in rosemary as my sage has been a bit frazzled by the recent heat. The slow-cooked Spag Bog is postponed until next week.
Saturday: Roast Chicken (see pic)
Now for next week.
Started a fresh menu as I've just joined Weightwatchers... again.. So, I've consulted the WW website and the books, this week, to come up with next week's menu. I actually didn't need to change much in terms of what I usually make, I just have to watch my own portions.
Monday: Crumbed chicken breast with potato wedges and veggies
Tuesday: Lamb stir fry, with basmati rice
Wednesday: Homemade fish and chips with greek salad
Thursday: Slow cooked spaghetti bolognese
Friday: Homemade roasted veg pizza and salad
Saturday: Slow cooked chicken surprise (I have to find the recipe for that one yet - that's the surprise)
I still have to do the shopping for this plan, tommorrow. Aiming for a farmers market for most of the fruit and veg.
